Friendly Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets busy and unexpected things happen. However, when an appointment is missed without notice, our Registered Massage Therapists do not get paid for that time.

To protect the livelihood of our therapists and ensure availability for all clients, our cancellation and no-show policy is always in effect. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please provide notice as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else.

Thank you for respecting our therapists’ time and supporting their work.

No show: full price of appointment
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of appointment fee

New appointment will not be booked until outstanding fee is paid.
