Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program

Are 65 years of age or older;
Are a Resident of Ontario;
Are a Single senior with annual net income of $22,200 or less, or senior couples (one or both people aged 65 or older), with a combined annual net income of $37,100 or less; and
Have no access to any other form of dental benefits, including through government programs such as Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works (OW), or the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB).

Health Systems Navigation’s main objective is to help individuals enjoy their life! I’ve decided to go out on my own to provide services to individuals requiring help. Having worked for years on government contracts, I decided I wasn’t able to make the difference I’ve strived to. Working contracts help people for a limited time. Lasting supports are not available. Precious time is often wasted on temporary fixes, or in many cases extra problems are created for individuals depending on their circumstances. Resources and supports available through organizations are limited. Health Systems Navigation offers a wide variety of services that fully support individuals' needs.

I am located in a central area, easily allowing travel to different locations, townships, and cities. Health Systems Navigation can serve many individuals in a service radius of 100 km from office (Portland) location. Service areas include Forfar, Crosby, Portland, Elgin, Westport, Delta, Athens, Phillipsville, Morton, Seeley's Bay, Smiths Falls, Perth, Carleton Place, Sydenham, Sharbot Lake, Gananoque, and Brockville.
