Hey Facebook friends!

It's been a hot while since I've last posted here. Just wanting to give an update on what's been going on over the past few months and what may be coming in the future.

In March Nourish Studio unfortunately closed its doors and with it my main practice space. My personal intention was to take the spring (March and April) to focus on my personal practice, take May to plan summer yoga and then start summer yoga in June, that would carry on until September. Things changed in May when I started a new job (second job; third job?) that doesn't allow for set scheduling, meaning that I am forever on call and unable to give the same time, attention, and energy to teaching as I have previously.

This isn't to say that I am done teaching and won't be offering anything in the future. It's just to say that at this time, no summer yoga.

Thanks for understanding and I look forward to *potentially* be bringing offerings in the fall/winter.
