When an accident happens, make sure you have first aid equipment/gear available. I have a variety of first aid kits available....for your home, car, cabin, boat, or back pack.
Need to refresh the kit you have? I can upgrade you supplies according to the level of training you have. And I'd be happy to refresh and/or upgrade your training....
Don't forget, a first aid kit makes a wonderful gift for those you love and care about.
Give me shout: 604.414.8119 voice or text.

Remember what to do:
If the person is attempting to cough it out - back blows.
If the person is attempting to inhale and can't, abdominal thrusts or chest compressions.
Know your options and choose wisely.

Another negative test result and I'm told to isolate. Who's making up these rules?
This means that I am unable to instruct until after 20Aug. As the days get warmer, we'll be training under the tarp again.
I'll start posting scheduled teaching days. As well, my semi-retirement begins at the end of April and then it's 4 on/4 off.
