Summer is now over and it is time to go inward and do some self care.
Reflexology and Reiki are wonderful therapies that relax the body and mind to help reset ourselves.
My name is Joanne and I am a RAC Reflexologist and Unified Reiki Master Teacher/Animal Practitioner with CRA. I hope to share these therapies with you to help you on your wellness journey.
