Milne Medical is looking for caring, personable, and skilled nurses to join a unique team of local in-home health care providers.
Our goal is to provide quality, safe, nurturing, and dependable care for local area seniors who have chosen to stay in the homes they love and require our assistance to do so.
We are looking for team members who are willing to go above and beyond standard nursing tasks and assist our clients with the daily activities required for a safe and healthy lifestyle at home, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, pet care, and medication administration.
We offer two daily shifts at 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, providing home visits that last approximately 1-2 hours each.
Skills Required:
• Diabetes management
• Dexcom glucose monitoring and maintenance
• SC insulin administration
• Oral medication administration
• Descriptive and accurate record keeping
• Wound care
• Assistance with activities of daily living

Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Registered Psychiatric Nurse
• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse/ Registered Psychiatric Nurse
with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
You don’t need in-home care experience, but we are looking for people who are:
