Feeling anxious? I bet just the words give a sense of urgency creating that old feeling in you. Have you ever thought things can be different? And just don't know where to go. (Am I sounding like an infomercial yet?) Seriously though the constant in life is change, which means your current situation will be different. Remember learning something new? And it's useful and better than an old way! You can't forget the new way and it becomes you or you make it part of your being without thinking.

In the constant stream of information and online presence do you decide to wade in farther not really knowing how deep it goes? Will you realize when you are over your head? How do you deep breathe? From your mouth or your nose? Turns out if you are breathing from your mouth you are activating the sympathetic nervous system and chest breathing. Which ends up not being relaxing or deep.

You need to be breathing from your nose to be breathing with your diaphragm. Breathing with your diaphragm also activates your sympathetic nervous system which is relaxing!

Happy breathing. You have been doing this entire time!
