Life has become heavier for so many families lately. If you have been thinking about starting counselling but feel held back by financial strain, I am opening additional spaces for clients who need help at an income based rate.

Now offering a sliding scale for low income families with no other counselling coverage.
Compassionate, trauma informed support for individuals, teens, families, and children.

In person and virtual appointments available.

As always we do bill NIHB, Victim Services, WCB and are covered under health insurance plans!

Our new Inspired Hearts office space is finally coming together and it feels so peaceful! You will feel connected, grounded, and like you are coming home to yourself.

Here is a sneak peak at our cozy waiying area!

The fireplace is on. Soft lighting. Quiet hallways. Calming colours and intentional design. Everything in this space has been created so your body can relax, your mind can slow down and you can breathe without feeling rushed or judged.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to begin healing or to come back to therapy, this is it.

Meet Nyla. Therapy Cat in Training. She is a natural and is already melting hearts. The minute the cat carrier hits the floor she runs into it so she can make her way to work with me. Therapy animals must truly love the work they do, and this little meow meow is no exception!!!!❤️

So amazingly grateful for all the days I get to work with my animals. Taking my newest baby to work with me so she can learn the ropes!!! Guess it was meant to be look at all her hearts. So crazy my baby kitty was born with hearts.

Brought two of the babies to work to see if one will make a good Therapy Kitty!!! The kids are loving them and the kittens are loving the kids. Everyone got miles for miles today ❤️❤️

Honored to be featured in an article exploring how pets can support student mental health. College life comes with unique challenges, and animals can provide emotional stability and ease stress. While pet ownership isn’t practical for everyone, it’s heartening to see institutions offering alternatives like therapy dogs on campus. WOW - so crazy that out of all the Canadian Animal Assisted Therapy professionals they chose me - my heart is full! 🐾
