J-4ce Personal Training I provide at-home personal training solutions for clients of all age ranges and abilities. Hey there everyone! My name is Jamie Harknett.

Whether you want to be pain-free doing everyday activities or you are training to become a better athlete, I will get you the results that you desire. I am the Owner/Operator of J-4ce Personal Training and a Physical Education Teacher here in Prince Albert. I love education and fitness whether it be teaching/coaching kids to get them into better shape or pushing them to learn new concepts. This also extends to teaching/coaching adults in how to get into and stay in better shape. If you want someone to encouragingly bust your butt to get into and stay in better shape... I'm your guy!

This client came in hinging through their spine with zero core engagement. So we stripped it back and rebuilt the movement: neutral spine, braced core, hips driving the lift.

The goal isn’t aesthetics.
It’s FUNCTION.

Since fixing this pattern they’ve improved:
