Our delicately, handcrafted products help you to achieve just that!
By using elements of nature (sand) and a gentle soothing weight, this naturally helps to relax and restore your senses.
The best part; all of our products are made from 100% upcycled materials wherever possible, so you can feel good about helping to keep fabric, and materials out of our landfills!

How to use the products?

Life can be a bit chaotic, unpredictable, and sometimes messy!
2020 was a wonderful reminder of that, and so we wanted to create a safe place where our community can come together to SyNK beneath (the chaotic surface) and come back to our breath, and essentially back to ourselves.
