✨ As we wrap up for the holidays, we want to send a HUGE thank you to our Fitness for 10 and CJ’s Climb & Play community for allowing us to do what we love most. ❤️

🎁 This season, we had the honour of providing gifts for our friends at , and with the amazing support of , we were also able to help feed over 300 people after the warming shelter tragically burned down.

💔 Our hearts are especially heavy with the loss of the building. When we first immigrated to Canada, they were the very first organization to lend us a helping hand and that kindness has stayed with us ever since.

🙏 If you’d like to support them during this difficult time, we’ve attached their QR code for donations.

Attention Members,

Our studio/stretching area will be undergoing some exciting upgrades! As a result, this area will be closed from December 25th to December 28th.

During this time, kettlebells, skipping ropes, stretching mats, and BOSU balls will be temporarily moved to the racquetball room. Please note that racquetball will not be available during this period, as the room will serve as our temporary stretching space.

We will also have a small closure of this space late February for the installation of new flooring in the room. Exact dates will be shared once flooring arrives.

We understand this may cause a bit of inconvenience, but it’s a small sacrifice for a much needed face lift. Thank you for your patience and understanding we can’t wait for you to enjoy the improved space!
