Addiction doesn’t play fair. It whispers lies, rewrites your truth, and tries to convince you that you’re broken beyond repair. But every time you fight back even if it’s just getting out of bed, even if it’s just breathing through the storm, you’re proving it wrong.

Recovery isn’t a straight line. It’s messy, painful, and sometimes feels impossible. But trying, even when you fall, is a kind of courage most people will never understand. You’re not weak for struggling. You’re strong for refusing to give up.

Every step forward, no matter how small, is a rebellion against the darkness. And that makes you powerful.
