Our Story

With a history going back 40 years, Savers Optical has proudly served Prince George with quality eyewear and contact lenses. Our licensed opticians have a combined total of over 45 years of optical expertise, as well as a rich family history of ocular health practitioners.

SAVERS OPTICAL WORKS FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE

At Savers Optical, we understand that as an integral part of the community our role extends beyond our front doors. That is why we are always looking for ways to give back by promoting local causes and events, including the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation. We are also proud to support the CNIB and Twecs, which accepts used glasses for those in need around the world. Our owner, Brenda Johnson, has also volunteered her expertise on a 3-week eye care mission to Ecuador. On this trip, over 5,000 pairs of donated glasses were fitted to the poor.
