🚨 MISSING WOMAN IN PRINCE GEORGE, BRITISH COLUMBIA – SELENA MARIE ELIZABETH DUNCAN, 23 – LAST SEEN JANUARY 19 2026

📢 Prince George RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate Selena Marie Elizabeth Duncan, 23, who was last seen on January 19, 2026, near Sixth Avenue and Dominion Street in Prince George, British Columbia.

Selena is described as Indigenous, approximately 5’5”, about 130 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. Selena’s family is very concerned for her wellbeing, and investigators are urging anyone who may have seen Selena to come forward.

Anyone who sees Selena or has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line at 250-561-3300.

Please share — even one small detail could help bring Selena home safely.

🚨 MISSING GIRL IN WILLIAMS LAKE, BRITISH COLUMBIA – JERRICA CARTER-ZIMMERLEE, 17 – LAST SEEN JANUARY 24 2026

📢 Williams Lake RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate Jerrica Carter-Zimmerlee, 17, who was last seen by family at approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Williams Lake, British Columbia. Police say extensive patrols and searches of locations she typically frequents have been completed, but all efforts so far have failed to locate her. Jerrica is described as approximately 5’7”, 137 lbs, with brown wavy hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211.

We all are sure going to miss this man!

Witset First Nation, its staff, and Chief and Council extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Wesley Mitchell. Wesley spent much of his life in Prince George but was proudly Wet’suwet’en and remained deeply connected to his people and culture. He was present at many events and gatherings here in Witset, often with his drum in hand.

Through his sharing of traditional songs and drumming, Wesley brought people together and reached many with a message of hope, healing and resilience. It is deeply sad to see such a bright light go out before its time.

With great sadness I announce my fellow IWC facilitator, friend and fellow Wet'suwet'en Wesley Mitchell has passed onto the spirit world.
Wesley is also from Witset and we have been friends for over 15 years, later realizing we were related.
During our friendship Wesley would rise high and then would fall, and yet always get back up. He's a dear part of my heart and I will cherish all of our silly moments together.

Thank you to the UHNBC Drummers who will be drumming tonight at 630pm at the hospital for Wesley and then at 730pm for the youth detox to honour his legacy.
