🇲🇽 Importing & Customs Rules in Mexico

❗ Importation of V**es Is Prohibited
Mexico now prohibits the import of va**ng devices and va**ng liquids, even for personal use. This includes:
Disposable v**es
Rechargeable v**e pens and mods
Pods and cartridges
V**e juice/e-liquids
“Nicotine-free” devices that look like v**es
Mexican customs consider these items prohibited goods, and bringing them into the country—even one device for personal use—can lead to confiscation and fines at the border.

⚠️ Penalties
Confiscation of your v**e(s) is common.

Fines: Can range from moderate to several thousand pesos or more.

No guaranteed appeal or recovery of seized items.

Law enforcement may treat multiple devices as evidence of intent to distribute, which carries much harsher penalties.

📊 Recent enforcement (2025–2026) shows Mexican customs actively implementing these bans, and travelers are strongly advised not to try to bring v**es into the country.
