November 15 2025 . Get a short and sweet Reflexology Session. Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy where your nerve endings, in your feet, hands, and/or ears are stimulated. I am an RCRT (registered, certified, reflexology, therapist). A reflexology therapist does not diagnose, prescribe, or use invasive instruments. We do support in mental and physical wellness with reflexology.

Hi Laurie Stephen here. Toe-Tal-Heal Reflexology and kinesionics.
Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy supportive in physical and mental wellbeing. Reflexologists do not diagnose or prescribe. While we do stimulate the nerves which send messages to the body and most often body discomforts decrease or release.
Releasing physical stresses are often triggered by the recognition of emotional stresses that the body is carrying and together we work to make this connection.
