TAP EACH SIDE OF YOUR HEAD, TAP ALL AROUND YOUR NECK, YOUR CHEST, (EVERYWHERE YOU BEND) ELBOWS, KNEES, WRISTS, AND ANKELS, AND YOUR GROIN

Get he lymphatic system moving, out with the old, and in with the new. Start fresh and clean in January
