Post Fibroids Embolization & other news updates ♥️
👉🏻First I got a few menstrual cycles since my embolization and my cycles are back to normal.. blood flow deceased of at least 60% & my cycle has been more regular than before & the bloating feeling is gone..💪🏻 F**k Yeah💪🏻
👉🏻Second.. my garden care services business is really taking off, I am busier than ever & each day I get to work outside & build muscles💪🏻 F**k Yeah💪🏻
👉🏻Third.. I recently got through a broken heart.. I am however feeling stronger & I am on a path of self love & discovery & openest💪🏻 F**k Yeah 💪🏻

What a day...🥳🥳🙋🏼‍♀️
I successfully started working for my garden care services business👩🏼‍🌾
I built a compost area & got some raised beds ready for planting..🪴
And I took care of our water system.. this system feeds 4 homes with the best water in the world... directly from the mountains and filtered by Mother Nature.. 💦
The system was blocked.. and I fixed it💦🙏🏻💪🏻
F**k yeah ME🙋🏼‍♀️💪🏻🙏🏻🥳

What a ride it has been🤪
Almost 3 weeks after my fibroids embolization... I still need to take things slow😒and feeling tired mostly😴
BUT.. I started my cycle a few days ago... and my blood flow already decreased of at least 60-70% and I am at least 50% less bloated🙌🏻
So..so far... the procedure as been a success... just a longer recovery time that I expected🤷🏼‍♀️😊♥️

I finally got THE call... I am getting my fibroids embolization done in 2 weeks!🥳
I got my first fibroid experience at the age of 28.. I was bleeding nonstop and ended up at the emergency 3 times for excessive bleeding😢🩸
I finally had a myomectomie (removal of my fibroid). After my convalescent, I improved everything about my life and learned how to take care of myself, holistically♥️
Fast forward...12 years later... my fibroids are back in pack (3) and this time around they are causing less dramatic side effects.. but nevertheless they are causing heavy cycle and constant feeling of being bloating🤰🏼
I choose to get an embolization because it’s a way less invasive procedure and the success rate is about 90% .. so instead of doing a hysterectomy (removal of the uterus & cervix).. I am going to try the embolization first...💪🏻
I am fit & healthy... so I will fight to keep all my pieces together as long as I can♥️🥳
Although I am feeling a bit nervous...I am beyond grateful to have access to free & advanced healthcare ♥️🙏🏻 🇨🇦

Today is a BIG day! After years of learning, creating & building...I finally launched another branche of my company that is close to my heart...A Garden Care Service for my community🪴🙋🏼‍♀️😄
I combined all the aspects that I am passionate about gardening and built a new business around it❤️
I already have 4 clients line up for the spring💪🏻♥️
It took me years to educate myself & be ready for this... now it’s go time🪴🙋🏼‍♀️💪🏻
