The boss came to Noon class and crushed some heavy weight 💪🏻 Noon classes are 12-12:45pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and are the perfect lunch break sweat sesh so you can have free evening after work! Come get the workout out of the way; it’s hard to skip your workout when you have committed to classes! The best way to stay accountable 🙌🏻

Train for your goals and within your abilities 💪🏻

Shut out the noise on social media telling you there is only one way to train to reach your goals. Every body is different, and no one person has the same goals as the other. Get selfish and train for YOU!

I’ve had coaches tell me all my training needs to be slow with deep holds and focus on heavy weights. I incorporate a variety of training into my routine to make sure I get the benefits from slow holds and heavy weight training. But what these coaches missed was what I need in my everyday life outside of the gym. As a Volleyball Coach and trainer I’m extremely active; up and down off of boxes, jumping, hitting volleyballs, sh****ng, etc. Anyone who has seen me coach knows I’m very hands on in the gym therefore my training is mostly fast, explosive movements, changes of direction, agility, and high intensity. It supports my life and is what’s best for ME! I still sprinkle in heavy and slow training when appropriate, but I do what is best for me as an active coach.

Find yourself a coach that supports your life goals as well as your fitness goals. Any coach can help you lose weight or tone up; but not any coach considers what’s most supportive of your LIFE goals 🙌🏻
