We’re thrilled to be welcoming Deanna to our team!
Deanna enjoys supporting a wide range of individuals but is particularly passionate about supporting adults with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, trauma, etc), addictions or substance use concerns, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and individuals who want to deepen their spiritual connection. Deanna uses a mix of humour, structure, education, cognitive therapies, mindfulness, emotional depth, and body-based therapies to create a holistic approach.

Deanna welcomes neurodivergent, disabled, LGBTQIA2S+, and BIPOC clients.

Exciting news!

As many of you know I’ve been dreaming of a work space where I can remain independent in business as Little Mountain RMT yet work alongside other practitioners. I’m happy to report that come November 1st, I will be moving to a new treatment space inside of Nest Wellness Collective. It’s just 10 minutes away from my current location and I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as I do. Nothing on your end changes except where you show up! I’m grateful for the last 2 years on Fair Road but it’s time for new beginnings 🙏

Meet Laura, our Neuromovement practitioner! Neuromovement is a gentle, painless hands-on method based on neuroplasticity research. Laura uses intentional movements to connect the body to the brain, bringing about greater awareness and strengthening mind-body connections. This can help the brain let go of old unhealthy patterns (chronic pain, trauma) and produces new possibilities of healthy enjoyable living. Laura is certified to work with both children and adults. Margaret will be running her Birth Trauma group again this fall. This group is for anyone who had experiences during their birth that they continue to feel the negative impacts of, and those who experienced/are experiencing postpartum depression. This is a small group and a safe space to gently explore your feelings and thoughts around your birth experience.
