Today's the last of the 12 "Rauhnächte", that span from Christmas Eve (December 24th) to the Feast of the Epiphany (January 6th). This time is considered a bridge between the old and new year, where the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds is especially thin.
A Message for Tonight
Come close, sit by the fire, and remember...
your unity, a gathering of all the parts that were once torn apart.
Are you the woman who has always been the “disturbance” in a dysfunctional family system — the one who refuses to silently agree, to fit in, to uphold the unspoken contract of silence.
Your presence is uncomfortable not because you destroy, but because you reveal truths long buried.
You might have been given labels, like depression, autoimmune diseas, or chronic pain, but the truth is that your nervous system can no longer tolerate lies disguised as normality.
You are a woman who, in midlife, has become fire — not decorative, not manageable, but a living flame of truth: angry, awake, and sometimes exhausted to the bone.
A woman who no longer fits, who loses friends, roles, and certainties because she cannot carry what is false anymore. She draws boundaries where she once adapted. She no longer smiles to keep the peace. She withdraws not out of coldness, but out of self‑protection.
This withdrawal is not meant to harden her, but to help her build a home inside herself — a place where all the exiled parts can finally belong.
Yes, dear beautiful souls, in your solitude, you'll meet your true inner community: the parts that learned to bend, to shrink, to play along out of fear of losing love.
And you'll realize that what tore you apart was never your feelings, your symptoms, or your wildness — but the masks and survival strategies you had to wear.
Beneath them, you are still there: unbroken, untamed, not yet fully known.
You'll begin to meet yourself slowly, gently. Your strength now comes through softness, through surrender, through trusting your own rhythm.
You are not alone. Others like you exist — a loose pack, connected through instinct, memory, and the invisible field.
Something inside you warms. Not in euphoria, but in truth. You'll become kinder to herself, more generous. Your fears are no longer fought but held. Your sense of lack begins to fill from within.
What once was envy or longing transforms into joy for others, recognition, and a quiet knowing that there is enough.
Integration is not a single moment — it is a continual homecoming.
And so you step into the new year — not “healed” by the world’s standards, but whole, connected, and fully in your own skin.
The Wolf Woman keeps moving — not against the world, not to prove anything, but for the life that wants to move through her.
Would you like to become this woman? Would you like to be guided gently, safely, and lovingly?
