Holly has touched SO many of our lives with her wisdom, Yoga teachings, dedication to service, humour + powerful presence, and it’s time for us to support her in a time of great need. Holly has very recently been diagnosed with aggressive ovarian cancer and is now beginning treatment.

Please join us for a special chant + meditation gathering to send love and healing Holly’s way. will be leading us through a powerful mantra meditation (accessible to all, everyone welcome). 🙏🏼

On September 30, the Town will observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The Town's flags will fly at half-mast, and our offices will be closed to commemorate this important day.

We invite residents to share their expressions of acknowledgment, condolences, and messages of hope and kindness, to the survivors, families, communities, and others affected by the residential school system. These messages will be displayed in the Town Hall foyer for people to read and share, discuss and understand.

Messages can be emailed to qbtown@qualicumbeach.com with the subject ‘Truth and Reconciliation’ or delivered to Town Hall.
