Weโ€™re opening a brand-new wrestling club right next door (Unit 9), and youโ€™re invited to our ๐—ข๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—›๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฐ ๐Ÿณ from 12pm to 4pm.

๐Ÿ‘‡ Whatโ€™s happening:
โ€ข Meet our coach Ezra Morse. Heโ€™ll do a demo, walk you through the basics, answer Qs.
โ€ข Try-it-out session: no experience required. Bring a friend, bring your curiosity, and see if wrestling speaks to you.
โ€ข Fun challenges + mini combos, raffle giveaways, open house specials, and a chance to sign up early.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ™‚๏ธ Meet Ed Fergusson: 90 years young & still setting records!

Weโ€™re thrilled to shine a spotlight on one of our local legends: Ed Fergusson of Fergโ€™s Weightlifting Club, based right here in our community. At the age of 90, Ed recently competed at the Canadian Masters Weightlifting Championships in Calgary and set a new Canadian record for his age group, earning himself gold.

Beyond the medals and the records, Edโ€™s story is one of dedication, longevity, and inspiring everyone around him. Heโ€™s been coaching and lifting for decades. His legacy in the sport has even been recognised with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the BC Weightlifting Association.
