New buddies! 😍
So exciting finding these giants! My very first herb mentor told me on an herb walk: "almost all mushrooms are medicinal.... but probably the least are the ones at the grocery store." Classic! 😂 Very exciting that we are discovering so much more about the medicinal benefits of so many fungi!
I have a gorgeous and potent batch of Reishi extract, and some beautiful dried Chaga available if anyone is interested in a nice easy body and immune boost 😊 As always, just send me a "yes please" message 💗

New stock arriving at the shop for tomorrow's shop party at the spa! Thursday Oct 27th, anytime 4:30-7:30! We have a ton of new goodies and a bunch of sales on too! Highly recommended! 😂🙌🏼💗Not every day you get to make forest tea with little skeletons! 😂🙌🏼 It's been a total honour and joy to teach these little ones this week at Colette's forest school "Out The Door Forest School" in errington! If you have a kiddo that you'd like to have join this wonderful local forest school you can reach out to Colette at www.outthedoor.ca
