Providing massage and body treatments in Qualicum Beach Knowledge and intuition come together to form a treatment that is right for you.

Having a rounded understanding of an array of massage and body treatment modalities, working at a variety of pressures and empathetic, energetic intuition I work to provide you with a complete emotional and physical treatment. My goal is always to leave you feeling understood and satisfied, uplifted and grounded. Whether your goal is a deep tissue massage that leaves you drooling or falling asleep, a flowing relaxation massage that works to release emotions and stresses, or both we can work together to ensure the best service to you. Visit me in my studio for massage and body treatments in a peaceful, re-energizing environment. ✨ As we grow and follow intuitions our lives will transition and re-align along with us. 🤍 My journey as a massage provider has been a remarkable one full of healing, learning, growth, connections, experiences and changes. Bodywork will never not be a part of my life but the knocking is getting louder and the energetic pull much stronger. It’s not without great amounts of contemplation that I’ve made the decision to close this business to make room physically in our home and energetically for flow allowing my other talents & purposes to flourish. 🌸 🌌
✅ There will be a long transition for regular clients. (Don’t worry!! I’ve got you! 💓)
✅ If you hold a gift certificate please reach out as they will still be honoured!

Follow along this transition journey if it suits you and be ready for anything. This is the first time in my life I’m letting my intuition lead without doubting it. 😯🤩 She’s been screaming at me for a longggg time.

It often bypasses logic and mental noise, surfacing as a felt sense or quiet knowing that nudges us toward what feels right or authentic, even when we can’t fully explain why.

When we listen to intuition, we’re more likely to make decisions that support our emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. It helps us recognize when something is off. It can steer away from what drains or harms us. It guides us toward what feels nourishing, meaningful, and aligned with our purpose. In essence, intuition is the language of the Self, speaking to us through feelings, symbols, and gut reactions—especially in moments when words or reason fall short. When we listen and align ourselves, the stronger our intuition becomes. A full circle practice. ✨💜 Alignment leads to Wellness!

Your comfort is top priority at Embrace! A hydraulic table and custom expertise mean we can accomodate a wide variety of mobility concerns. Today’s client cannot lay face down due to an injury so we will treat almost full body face up! I will support her to lean forward and access most of her back as she rests on a cuddly pillow. Posterior lower extremities will be worked internally rotated as I support her bent knee. Feet, arms, neck and scalp in this position are divine. 😌
Happy Valentines Day to loved ones. The air here today is warmed with the essence of cinnamon… orange and ylang ylang for uplifting relaxation.
