English immersion yoga classes fall session. Please join me every Tuesday evening at 7:15 PM, at yogainvivo.com (rue Maguire, Sillery). There are still places remaining. To sign up, you must create an account at yogainvivo.com then go to this link https://www.yogainvivo.com/Boutique/Cours.aspx and choose 10 classes. You will not see the English class on the schedule because the class was added after the calendar was put on-line.

Hello everyone, classes start on Tuesday 29 September at 7:15 pm - 8:30. Registration is on line at https://www.yogainvivo.com/Boutique/Cours.aspx (choose for 12 weeks). The web site for yogaInVivo.com has the address (Rue Maguire, over pizza 900). 11 people have confirmed so there are four places left. I'm looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday - bring your mat...!

2020-09-20 – great news! I have found a yoga studio where I can give English yoga classes on Tuesday evenings 19:00. Style is vinyasa flow (energetic, whole body, force/flexibility/balance, respiration, relaxation) for all levels (adult or teens, both genders). I must have 8 confirmed attendees in order for the class to start (maximum 15). Cost is $185 including taxes for 12 weeks. Location Rue Maguire, Sillery. Please contact me rapidly if you are interested or even potentially interested. Thank you and Namasté. (note that I will be refunding any unused classes from the last session at ERIA).

Yoga is back! Join me at 17:00 Wednesdays at this location to do outdoor yoga together. Bring your mat, and if you have a block bring that too. This is yoga among friends, free for all! Spread the word. There is a big parking lot on the other side of the street. Bring your kids, spouse, neighbours, everyone.

The park is just in front of promenade Champlain, at the base of Cote Sillery.
