Today in baby tales and textures, we read “See You Later Alligator,” a story about an alligator who meets different animals who offer him different treats to eat! Today we played with donuts and rainbow rice sprinkles, “milk” and cookies, cupcakes with our tried and true cheerio sand, and cotton ball ice cream! The babies had so much fun! Baby Tales and Textures explored the book “I Love my Dinosaur” today! This story is filled with amazing descriptive words about dinosaurs, which we used to our advantage for sensory play! The Dino was green, had triangle scales, and was soft and cuddly! We also had a Dino World bin so babies could explore a more realistic and literal perspective of dinosaurs! We love a mess in this program, it means the babies were engaged and having fun 😍 Registration for our February sessions will be open soon, keep your eyes peeled as our January program filled very quickly!

Today at ✨Tales and Textures✨ we read the story “Penguin and Pinecone” and the babies explored sensory bins about the story: when they met in the arctic, the cold snowy weather that made Pinecone cold, the yarn scarf that Penguin made for Pinecone to keep them warm, and the forest that Penguin brought Pinecone back to- where it belonged all along!
