Todays fun challenge is to do something intentionally silly today.
Throwing ideas out there...

Take a 10 minute break to meditate and focus on your breath.

If meditation is new to you, here are a few ideas:

-Go for a walk outside (by yourself), just walk in the quiet and pay attention to your breathing, how you feel (mentally & physically). Be quiet with yourself.
-Sit in a chair, close your eyes or look out a window, focus on the scenery & pay attention to your breathing.
-Sit comfortable ,set a timer if you like, close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
-Lay down in a comfortable position, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. DO NOT FALL ASLEEP.😂
-Listen to a 10 minute relaxation meditation on YouTube OR choose relaxing music and focus on your breathing.
-Or do what comes to mind. Please be in a quiet setting, alone & just be.

Why set an intention?🤔

It brings purpose, clarity, and mindfulness to our daily lives.

Choosing a desired way of being makes us more likely to take consistent actions that support our mindset for the day, week or month if you choose.

Examples:
-Be present in the moment
-Prioritize what matters most
-Stay in my heart, not my head
-Be intentional & organized with my work
-Be present in the moment
-Stay focused on my to-do list

Or choose your own.

Our Story

Rhonda has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Meadow Lake, SK for nearly 20 years and continues to have a passion for her career. Rhonda has a strong commitment to continuing education and is constantly upgrading her skills. While continuing to practice her profession and be a full time mom, she has studied advanced training in her areas of special interest including Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping, Hatha Yoga, Pre-Natal/Post Natal Yoga and Gentle/Restorative Yoga. Appointments with Rhonda are booked by time not service (multiple length sessions provided). Each visit is customized, providing one specific therapy or a combination of therapies. Rhonda offers Direct Billing to many Insurance Companies. Check with your insurance company that you are able to direct bill before booking your appointment. SGI client approved.
