Christmas is fast approaching...

I will be taking a break over the holidays to spend time with my family! The last day I will be taking appointments is December 21, and then I will be back in the new year, taking appointments again on January 9.

I do have some openings available between now and Decmeber 21, if you are looking to get in before the Christmas crazy.

Sick days 😞

Today I am beyond grateful for the flexibility to stay home with my kids when they are not feeling well. And even more grateful for the understanding and compassionate clients I have! From the bottom of my heart... THANK YOU! I have the best clients and days like today I'm reminded of that!

So today I will pause... Today I will mom, today I will snuggle, today I will care for my little girl who's under the weather ❤️

Anyone else feeling like summer is slipping away? 🙋‍♀️

For my family, routine goes out the window in the summer and we basically go full gypsy mode, packing up the trailer on a whim and heading somewhere. I'm so grateful for the wonderful clients that understand that we are busy making memories and soaking up as much summer fun as we can, and we aren't done yet... Hard to believe we flip the calendar to August next week... where does the time go!!

Today, I'm back in the cabin treating some wonderful clients, and I have a few more openings next week if your looking to get 😀

Are you and your spouse both needing a Bowen treatment? Or a friend, parent, sibling? Have a hard time getting someone you know to commit to going for treatments? Bring them with you!

With Bowen, much like acupuncture there are pauses/breaks during the treatment, which allows me to treat 2 people at the same time.

I try my very best to accomodate people's busy schedules and their need for self care, and I'm more than happy to offer this for those who are interested 🙂
