Greatness asks for refinement.

You can’t quantum leap from an exhausted nervous system.
I tried. For years.

And the more I pushed, the more resistance I met.
Because the body doesn’t lie.
If your body isn’t safe with the level you’re asking for, it’ll sabotage it every time.

Being healthy isn’t about green juice and morning routines — it’s about capacity.
Can I hold what I say I want without collapsing?
Can I regulate when things expand fast?
Can I let myself rest without guilt?

The most successful people I know don’t chase consistency — they build capacity.
And that’s a different frequency altogether.

There are people that don't like me. There are people that don't like you.

And the best thing that you can do is stop trying to please the people that don't like you. They don't belong in your orbit, bless them. They belong somewhere else. You can empower yourself to speak to the people that you are meant to speak to you. You can be OK with somebody not resonating with you because that generally means that other people are actually feeling you even more.

Wherever there is hate and judgment, there is also love and compassion. Speak to your soulmate client directly and let the other people find their special place that they really resonate.

You're not meant to try to be liked by everybody.

Your small wins matter more than your big wins

A big win might be really exciting, but it's not all day every day. And the only way to get to those big wins is to actually stack up the small wins as much as you can. This is why your small gains, your incremental progress deserves huge recognition. Because this is where big wins are born

So if ever you have a small win that you feel is too small to celebrate. Remember, it's the foundation. It is worth so much

When you learn to celebrate these, you welcome in the big ones

Do you spend a lot of time worrying about copy and your messaging?

I used to worry about this to the point that it held me back. I wouldn't write anything because I wasn't sure if it was good enough

But then I realized if I simply turn talk text on and I just allowed myself to be myself that is so much more magnetizing and has the right energy than me trying to perfect every word and even sound like somebody that I'm not

You don't need to have the perfect copy, you need to be you! And your soulmate clients will love that

So just start writing or talking with your talk text. And get something out there because imperfect action is 1 million times more effective than no action

Here's a little hack for you too create some amazing content and let yourself be seen.

You don't have to always be talking on camera. Let's say you go somewhere beautiful whether it's outside or an amazing hotel lobby and you spend 5 or 10 minutes walking around and taking some B-roll film, where you don't need to worry about what you're gonna say, having a mic, if the sound is ok, or too much background noise. And you can just walk around or do a few things that you're doing anyway take some 10 to 15 second clips and later you can add words or your voice.

So you can make it a part of something that you are already doing and make it so much easier for yourself.

Then be sure to put your phone away and enjoy the rest of your amazing time at your location.
