Modern psychology is now catching up to what many traditions have always known: ๐๐๐ง๐๐ has measurable ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐ก๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ.

When we move rhythmically, especially to music, we stimulate areas of the brain connected to memory, emotion, and reward. This can gently shift long-held stress patterns and create new pathways for resilience.
