Ever feel like your brain’s running on ten ideas, three emotions, and one cup of cold coffee? Sound familiar? You’re in good company.

Candice is a Registered Social Worker who supports both adults and kids navigating ADHD and anxiety. Living with ADHD herself and parenting neurodivergent children, she brings both lived and professional understanding to her work. She gets how exhausting it can be to care so much, think so much, and still feel like you’re behind even when you’re trying your hardest.
She brings warmth, humor, and genuine compassion to every session. Her work isn’t about “fixing” anyone or adding more worksheets to your to-do list it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that get lost in the chaos: your creativity, curiosity, and sense of enjoyment.

Whether she’s helping a child understand their big emotions or an adult caught between motivation and burnout, Candice focuses on finding strategies that feel authentic, doable, and true to the person sitting across from her moving away from overwhelm without losing the spark that makes you who you are.

No diagnosis required, just curiosity and a desire to better understand your beautifully busy mind.

October is ADHD awareness month, and one way we can support you and your families is by providing therapy that meets you where you are at.  We work with children, teens, and families to foster understanding, strengthen relationships, and develop tools that actually work in everyday life.
