In Honor of those who sacrificed their lives for our Freedom, in Remembrance of the many who fought in WWI, WWII, and the Korean War, we take this day to Reflect in Gratitude. We also extend our greatest respect to those currently serving, near and abroad.

Essentially this is Jason’s Intro to Fermenting Veggies workshop, but in a better looking package and you don’t need to schedule a babysitter and listen to him rant about microbes and his cautionary tales about what not to do.

If you are keen on listening to his rabbit trail stories, we do have new workshops scheduled starting in the new year. Workshop participants will also take home a copy of this book.
