Reece is stepping into his new role as a Physiotherapist here at Stride Red Deer! We’re so proud to see him grow within the team.

Having overcome and rehabilitated from numerous injuries himself, Reece is very enthusiastic about treating athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Reece is excited to empower his patients to reach their personal goals through a combination of manual therapy, tailored exercises, therapeutic modalities, & education!

Outside of the clinic, Reece enjoys golfing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, and being outdoors. He is also helping coach the Red Deer Polytechnic Kings volleyball team.

Megan is an avid traveler who has now made Red Deer home 🏠

Megan has a passion for helping people recover, move, and feel their best.

With a focus on therapeutic massage, Megan enjoys working with athletes, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain clients. 

She is committed to ongoing learning and looks forward to continuing her education to expand her skills and knowledge! (👀so stay tuned…)

When Megan’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her outdoors exploring and staying active🥾🏔️💪

Hayden is a Penhold local and competitive mogul skier who is off to Austria for a high-performance camp before taking on the international stage, representing Alberta and Canada 🇨🇦
