(which is incredible, we love the awareness)

𝙒𝙚 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 with Sara who is a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling.

Allow us to introduce you to Sara 👇

Sara’s path into the world of counselling was born out of personal resilience; after a significant back injury prevented her from returning to her career as a Laboratory Technologist, Sara navigated her own journey of healing and transformation.

Life rarely follows the linear path we imagine. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we find ourselves in spaces that feel heavy, confusing, or stagnant. Whether you’re navigating grief, life transitions, or simply feeling a sense of dissatisfaction you can’t quite name, you’re not alone. Sara believes that grief touches every stage of life, not just in loss, but in change, growth, and unmet expectations.

Counselling is designed to provide a compassionate, grounded space to explore those complexities and find a way forward that feels authentic to you. Sara is an eclectic therapist, pulling from many modalities to find the perfect blend that works best for you.

When she isn’t supporting clients, you can often find her exploring Red Deer’s extensive biking trails, enjoying summer river floats, or making the most of local outdoor rinks in the winter.

After a year at home with sweet baby Brooks, Dev is back in the clinic!
Haven’t met Devan? Allow us to introduce you:

She is a Physiotherapist providing care for pediatric, pelvic health, and general population patients (this woman is a unicorn in the physiotherapy world)

Fun fact about Devan? She had some of her wedding photos done . Never worked there, just a fan of local, craft brewing!

Did you know that socks are one of the most needed items in our community?

𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐘 is one of our favourite community traditions 🧦🏒

Each year, our community comes together to collect socks at the Rebels Family Day game. Those donated socks are thrown onto the ice & distributed to people in our community who need them.

We’re proud to partner with & invite YOU to be a part of it!

🧦Stride (Red Deer & Blackfalds locations) is collecting socks until February 12th.
🗓️ Attend the game on Sunday, February 15th at 4 PM

This year’s goal is 6000 socks! Can we do it?

Join us as we welcome her to the Stride team.

Registered Massage Therapist + Kinesiology education = absolute rockstar 💥

Emira blends her education in Kinesiology with hands-on massage therapy techniques (including dynamic cupping) to help people move better, find relief from pain, and finally understand what their body’s been trying to tell them.

Her favorite clients? Massage skeptics turned into believers. There’s nothing better than hearing someone leave their first massage appointment saying, “𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘳?”

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Emira outdoors or around horses. She’s competed in Hunter Jumper and local eventing, enjoys camping and fishing with her partner Alex, and unwinds at home with her two cats, Odin & Bean 🐈🐈 (yes, you read those names right).
