In 2015, we expanded our reach by opening a secondary location on the south side of Red Deer to meet the growing demand for our exceptional services. As of October 2023, we have merged both locations into our south location, allowing us to centralize and continue offering unparalleled services to our valued clients. Unfortunately, the spa experienced a small fire and flood last night. At the moment we have restoration and cleaning teams on site, along with many of our incredible team members, all working together to clean and restore the spa as quickly as possible.

We are hopeful that we will be able to reopen soon, but at this time we will need to reschedule all appointments from now through Sunday while we assess the situation. Our team will be reaching out to anyone who currently has an appointment booked during this time.

We will continue reassessing the situation daily and will provide updates as we learn more in the coming days.

During this challenging time, we are incredibly grateful for the understanding and kindness from our clients.

Most of all, seeing so many of our team members come together to help has been truly amazing. It’s a reminder of how exceptional our team is, and everyone is working hard behind the scenes to get the spa open again as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and support. As a local business that employs over 45 team members, the support of our community truly means the world to us.
