Our world-class trainers host a variety of classes including; Yoga, women’s health, pre-natal fitness, and kettlebell cardio. Don’t be shy, we have classes for all experience levels so come join us.

✨Our wonderful Massage Therapist Brooklyn is back! (For a limited time) ✨

After taking some time off to welcome her little guy into the world, Brooklyn will be back in the clinic for a few select dates in November and December. Book while you can because she will be taking an extended leave and we won’t see her in the clinic again until spring!
