I have been a passionate health and wellness advocate since 2013. At the time I had just found out my son was diagnosed on the autism spectrum and my own health was not good at the time. My son is still on the spectrum but he continues to thrive everyday exceeding our expectations. My own health improved and I attribute it to making healthy lifestyle choices.
