Beauty has always been an Inside Job for me! The Spa piece of this journey was planted by a gift in the form of my first ever wax experience ~ I was instantly hooked and enrolled in a Waxing and Tinting Course at the Academy of Professional Hair Design, followed by a Pedicure Course, both in 2008. My Passion quickly became the “Foot Massage” portion of a Pedicure which steered me in the direction of Reflexology. I was certified in Reflexology at the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2012. I offered mobile services for years and set up a room in my home in 2015. I was fortunate to have been invited to join the team at Avenida 54 Hair Salon Downtown Red Deer in the Spring of 2018!! This space has been an incredible gift to myself and to all who experience the incredible peace it offers!! My deepest gratitude to all who support me ~ from my Amazing Family, to my Beautiful Clients, The Talented and Lovely Team at Avenida 54, and to all of the Inspiring People in my life who model what it means to “Keep Showing Up” ~ Tammy
