One thing I love to do is customize the room to each client. Warmer, colder, different music. Or in this case customizing it for a child massage. Mom and child can enjoy the soft piano disney music and a fun blanket.

Getting set up for a prenatal massage. These adjustable and supportive prenatal cushions let the expectant mom lay face down safely. There is no pressure on the baby, and mom is fully supported. And she's blissfully happy to be able to lay facedown. Thanks, , for sending these cushions my way.

What are you wearing on your feet this winter?
I've had some knee and foot problems ever since I walked the dog in my heavy unforgiving winter boots last winter. I corrected it over this summer with massage, chiro and a good pair of barefoot shoes.
So this winter I invested in a pair of barefoot wide toe box WINTER boots.
If you are walking in winter a lot and find your knees, hips or feet bugging you. Start your investigation with your footwear.
