What is on my mind today.....that would be how amazingly fast this month has flown by.....It is already the 4th week in January which means I will be working from Castor this upcoming Thursday the 22nd.

I have been following Jennifer and I do like the information that she presents. In this video she talks about how she managed to get her body into remission after being diagnosed with both lyme disease and also Lupus. This goes to show us that the body is amazing. If we are dedicated to making some life changes, getting the right nutrition and work to clear out the poisons miraculous recoveries can happen.

The New Year is just around the corner. New Years bring New Things

I want to express my gratitude for all my clients and for all those that spoke highly of my services and referred others to me. I feel very blessed to have been able to assist you all and I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and the Best in the New Year.

I am excited for the New Year and I want to announce some changes that will be taking place as of February 1st 2026.

I will be offering more customized program options dependant on your specicfic needs, interactive programs to support you on your journey to health and online and telephone consultations.

The changes will bring a slight increase of 10% in the price of consultations which will still be affordable and you will have more options to receive additional support.

I have had several clients question me on Ivermectin. Ivermectin is not something I can recommend due to it not being a natural product and as Dr Axe reports if used icorrectly it can cause complications. If you are jumping on the Ivermectin band wagon I do recommend that you read what Dr Axe has to report.

There are several natural option available to clear parasites and ways to help the body from degenerative diseases without the use of pharmaceutical products.

When working with clients, I often refer to the disease tree. The disease tree helps me visually uncover underlying causes to the symptoms they are experiencing.

When looking at the disease tree we use the leaves to display the symptoms you are experiencing. We then look beneath the surface to identify possible root cause's.

I do also use Blood Analysis as a tool to identify additional toxins, weaker systems and organs that could also be underlying factors contributing to the symptoms.

Once the root causes are identified we work to address those root causes through nutrition.
