Congratulations to Jason Steele! He is the winner of the Hub's auction group painting. The auction money will go directly into funding the Hub program.

Come see your artwork at the Red Deer Arts Council this week! Up until the end of the week. Celebrate your work and the creativity of your friends at the Hub!

The show is on display until Oct 19th. Open to the public during the Community Gallery Hours. Monday to Friday: 10am - 5pm

The Hub continues this Fall. Check out the Wednesday schedule and an update about the program!

This fall, mixed media art with Wendy, Strum and Drum with Dean, Dance and Zumba Movement, Karaoke with Jason, and Tai Chi and Yoga.

Starting Oct 1st there will be a $5 fee to attend Hub programs at the YMCA. Fees will be collected at check in and receipts will be provided. If you forget your money one day, you will not be turned away! All are welcome at The Hub.

This is to help support the program in the long term. Thank you for being part of the community!

Art from the Hub will be having a special reception today from 3:30 - 5pm at the Arts Council’s Community Gallery.

Featuring works by participants of our Hub program for individuals with various disabilities. The Hub takes place every Wednesday at the YMCA with artmaking, Strum & Drum concerts, movement, and karaoke! All are welcome. Come see your work at the gallery!

This show will have a special reception on Wednesday, October 8 from 3:30 – 5:00 pm. Come meet the artists!

Hey friends! Did you know that YOUR ART is going to be displayed at the Red Deer Arts Council's Community Gallery downtown from October 6th - 19th?

We are excited to host your beautiful works, including your collaborative animal painting on our walls! Make sure to bring Wendy your artworks before October 3rd to be included in the show!

We want to invite you to a special opening reception on Wednesday, October 8th from 3:30 - 5:00pm to see your art, show them to your family, and take a look at all the amazing art pieces you've created with Wendy over the past year!

We'd love to see you there! Come right after Karaoke with Jason that day!!!

Also, if you want to visit the gallery another day to see the show, we are in office from 10am - 5pm on weekdays. You're always welcome to visit and look at the art that is always changing in our space!

1:00 - 2:00 Strum & Drum with Dean in the Gym

Karaoke Time will be 2:30 - 3:30 pm on Wednesday, September 10th & 17th. On Wednesday the 24th, Dr. Lyla will be leading chigong movements at the same hour.

Just a reminder again to bring your magazines tomorrow for the art program!

Hi Everyone! We will be creating vision boards next Wednesday. If you have magazines that you want to bring for the collage bring them in! More magazines we have the better!

Think of Places you would like to go, Places you have been, or words of inspiration. It can be things that you like and like to do!
