February is Heart Health Month ❤️

Cardiovascular disease remains one of the leading causes of death in Canada—but many risk factors can be prevented or managed with early action.

Prevention starts with awareness. Take a moment to check in on your heart health and connect with your primary care team.

Your primary care provider can help you take a proactive approach to heart and vascular health. Screening early, identifying risk factors, and intervening quickly make a meaningful difference.

These visits are also a chance to ask questions, talk about feeding, sleep or development and get support from your care team.
