Feeling "crunchy" or stiff? Here is the science in plain English:
Think of your fascia like a kitchen sponge.
🧽 ❌ Dry Sponge: Hard, brittle, and stuck.
✅ Wet Sponge: Flexible, springy, and smooth.
Your fascia needs water to maintain its "slide and glide." When you are dehydrated, those layers lose their lubrication and literally get sticky and matted down (hello, pain!).
