here’s a fun way to sneak it into something you’ll actually enjoy 👇

Protein Rice Krispie Treats (but make it adult)

• 1/2 cup butter
• Full bag marshmallows
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup protein powder (whey works best)
• 6 cups rice cereal

Melt. Mix. Press. Try not to eat the whole pan standing at the counter.

MACROS
(12 servings):
Calories: ~280
Protein: ~7–8g
Carbs: ~48g
Fat: ~8g

Is it a bodybuilder meal? No.

• 1 cup cottage cheese
• ½ cup pizza sauce
• ½–1 cup shredded mozzarella
• Italian seasoning
• Garlic powder

👉 Mix cottage cheese + sauce
👉 Top with cheese + seasonings
👉 Bake at 400°F for 20–25 mins
