Feeling stressed??
For Stress Awareness Week let's take a look at some of the many many homeopathic remedies which can help with stress.
Stress can mean different things to each of us. What may stress me, maybe fine for you. Looking at what it feels like for you when you are stressed is important. It can often be a starting point to figure out how you can find ways to ease these feelings.
