For those of you who don't know me, my name is Kathy Ray, I've been very intuitive at a young age, I was always hearing, or seeing spirit, having dreams, or premonitions- a feeling of just knowing. When I finally accepted my gift, I began helping friends/family and colleagues for a number of years, and have now been doing it professionally for a few years now. I've given countless messages to those who have needed it most, I connect to the other side and strive to bring closure and healing to those who've been affected by loss and grief. I see the beauty and purity in everyone i meet, I use my intuitive and empathetic nature to help my clients move forward in their healing journey. I do not need any information prior to meeting you as I can see, feel and hear spirit. I also work with spirt to clear negative energy of a person, item or houses. My goal is to empower you spiritually, and emotionally to help you grow and facilitate the changes necessary to raise yourself to your highest potential. I am also a Reiki Master. Reiki, which is a natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. To receive reiki treatment, your fully clothed and you simply lay on my reiki bed relaxed. I place my hands just above your body. The energy flows to the areas of need supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. It promotes relaxation, relieves pain and stress, removes blockages and restores balance to your body. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person; body, emotion, mind and spirit. One of the greatest healing health benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the body's natural healing abilities (immune system), aids in better sleep and improves and maintains health. Reiki also helps with emotional distress and grief. It clears and cleans the emotions, preventing them from being so draining and offers perspective. On a physical level, it helps relieve pain from migraine, arthritis, sciatic- just to name a few. Reiki can also speed up the recovery time from a surgery. Reiki is for everyone and every age. Last but not least, for you women out there, I facilitate a women's Empowerment group twice a month. The purpose of the group is to help empower women to heal themselves while on their personal journey called “life”. The support group is on a drop in basis and while consistency is important, we will be working on self-help exercises and sharing stories within the group. Each individual within the group will be going through their own healing journey so building trust within the group will be of upmost importance.
