Exciting news for our adult clients! Maureen is now offering adult therapy sessions in addition to youth sessions! Maureen has extensive experience in supporting parents, especially those who have children that are neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD). Maureen also has experience in treating anxiety disorders and depression. If you think Maureen may be a good fit for you, book an intake session!

We love the work we do, and are so grateful to anyone who has had the courage to book in with us, show up for yourself, provide our name to a loved one, or share what we do with your network. Michaela is an LGBTQIA2S+ affirming counsellor, who brings a calm and supportive energy to her sessions. Michaela is offering evening and weekend session times for those who need the flexibility. Maureen is starting with us in a few short weeks! She is accepting a limited number of youth counselling clients ages 8-17.
Maureen will also be providing psychological assessment services at Cultivate Wellness, including mental health assessments, ADHD and Autism assessments for youth ages 5-18! So one of the best parts about finally having working at Cultivate Wellness is we can do some office projects on a random Monday (I kid, Richie is amazing in his clinical work with clients first & foremost)!
