Only one room remains for this once-in-a-lifetime retreat! We'll be just a 10 minute walk from downtown Inverness in a glorious lodge with full ensuites, kitchen/laundry, 4 living rooms, an enormous flower garden and a backyard with hot tub/fire pit.

This is NOT a stay-put, yoga retreat in a secluded location - it's a mix of day trip adventures, deeply healing events, down-time, private treatments, chances to make new friends and finally check Scotland off your bucket list!

This means Whole Hearted Wellness will be closing in most official capacities. Scotland will be my last retreat and I will be available for very occasional distance or fully remote BodyTalk sessions.

My journey with BodyTalk started in 2012 as a client. After my first session, I felt a deep sense of peace and wholeness - I felt grounded and connected to myself. My physical & emotional pain were greatly diminished and I felt profoundly happy. Worries fell off my shoulders instead of lodging in my body and I had the best night’s sleep of my life.
