We appreciate you so much Sarah and so grateful to have your passion and expertise on our team. Sarah works with all ages, and demographics- she specializes in supporting clients with neurodivergence and play therapy.

Celebrating 1 Year with Jaleesa!

Today we are so thrilled to congratulate Jaleesa on her 1-year anniversary at Twin Flame Counselling & Wellness!

From the very beginning, Jaleesa has brought passion, dedication, and heart into her work. Over this past year, she has grown so much in her role and has truly embodied what it means to create a safe, supportive, and healing space for clients.

Alyia is a registered psychiatric nurse (RPN) with experience working in various mental health settings. This week, we asked her the question, “What are some benefits to seeing a psychiatric nurse for counselling?” Read her answer: 👇

“There are many benefits to seeing an RPN for counselling services! Some of these benefits include health teaching in areas such as diagnoses, medication, and physical/mental health. Seeing an RPN can be helpful for those experiencing challenges with mental health diagnoses, as RPNs can help them understand the diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment approaches offered in their community.”

There is a current Saskatchewan wide outage affecting Sasktel customers preventing calls being dialed today Aug 22nd. Sasktel is working to resolve the issue, however we currently have no working phone system. If any clients need to get ahold of us, please email admin@twinflamecounselling.com.

"The Only Way is Up"

There comes a point in life when you look at yourself and feel like you’ve failed — maybe at your job, in a relationship, as a parent, as a friend, or simply in becoming the person you thought you would be by now. It’s a heavy place. It feels like the air is thicker, the days are darker, and the light you once followed has gone out.

But here’s the truth: rock bottom isn’t the end. It’s the solid ground you can push off from. You may feel like you’ve lost everything, but that means you’ve also lost the weight of pretending to have it all together. Now, you can rebuild with honesty, courage, and clarity.

When you think you’re at your lowest, you’ve already done the hardest part — you’ve survived it. And if you can survive this, you can rise. Even the smallest step forward — waking up and making your bed, making that phone call, showing up for yourself — is a victory. Every step compounds.

The people you admire most didn’t get there by never failing. They got there by getting up every single time they did. Your story is still being written, and this chapter is not your ending.

So, lift your head. Straighten your back. The climb may be steep, but the view is worth it. You are not done. You are not broken beyond repair. The only way now… is up.
