It’s interesting how patterns emerge in massage. Depending on the time of year you see similar pain in people who are vastly different from each other.
Right now I’m seeing a lot of leg hip and back pain, and I’m hearing a lot of “I didn’t do anything”, “I don’t know if this is something you can help with”, and “I don’t know what I did”.
It’s been wet, and icy out lately, so when you walk maybe your stride length is shorter, maybe you turn your feet out and walk like a penguin, maybe you are tensing or gripping more with your legs and glute muscles because you don’t want to slip and fall.
