Hi All,
Happy New Year!
Everyone says that they are going to lose weight for their new year's resolutions...I know I do it too and every year life gets in the way, and I end up keeping my winter chunk and try again the following year.
This year I am trying something new, I am looking for 5 women that are serious about losing weight and will:
* be willing to put in the work
* be willing to journal.
* be willing to give honest feedback
This session will be for 8 weeks, 2 hours a week or longer if needed. If interested, or have questions send me a message . First come first serve basis as the space I have is limited. Women only at this time.
